• Ditches

• Flats

• Holes in long bait balls

• Humps

• Pockets

• Points

• Contour lines

• Reef poles

• Road beds

• Rocks on banks; rip rap

• Sunny, sandy, clay or windy banks

• Stained water edge (mud line)
